First ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestant gets sent home

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Dancing with the Stars’ has eliminated their first contestant of the new season which had a tennis legend saying goodbye to the competition. Martina Navratilova ended up being voted off as her scores were just not high enough to get her through another week of dancing, states RadarOnline.com. Navratilova scored a 20 with the judges on the first night and then just a 17 the next week. “I blew it yesterday and it cost me,” Navratilova said about not being surprised with the result.
